Inside the plant

From raw timber to finished piece

Our technical guides explain how timber is prepared, machined with CNC equipment, and joined into structurally sound furniture.

Timber preparation and moisture control

Wood is dried and its moisture content measured before cutting, because stable moisture keeps tables, chairs, and cabinets from warping after shipment.

CNC machining and structural joining

Computer-controlled cutting produces repeatable parts, which are then joined with mortise, dowel, and fastener methods chosen for each product type.

Export shipping

From finished goods to the container

Each export order moves through a set sequence of packaging and documentation steps, shown below in the order they happen.

Export crating and moisture-barrier wrapping

Pieces are protected with corner guards and wrapped in moisture-barrier film, then secured in export crates sized for safe handling.

Container stuffing and load securing

Crates are loaded into ocean containers and braced so the load cannot shift during transit, with weight distributed evenly across the floor.

Export documentation and customs clearance

Packing lists, commercial invoices, and origin documents are prepared so the shipment can clear customs at the destination port without delay.
